The Great Plains Association of REALTORS® (GPAR) is a local non-profit association made up of over 200 members who serve North Central Kansas and beyond.

All of our members have also joined the Kansas Association of REALTORS® (KAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and have met all state and national requirements along with taken an oath to follow a strict Code of Ethics.

We endeavor to ensure the competency and professionalism of our members and to strengthen the relationship between REALTORS® and consumers. Our members are committed to serving their clients and communities with the utmost ethical and professional integrity.
